TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY AND PAYMENT 

Shipping

  • All orders are shipped within the USA from our facility located in Worcester, MA, USA (Zip Code 01605).
  • Orders generally ship within 48 hours. For time sensitive orders, contact us at info@picturehangingsystems.com.
  • We generally we ship as follows: Fedex Ground (estimated arrival is 1-5 days after ship date)
  • Shipment Tracking information is automatically delivered to the email address provided with your customer account.
  • For orders under $149, shipping is calculated as follows: Track/hanging Rods & Accessories/Small Components - Flat rate of $9.99
  • For orders over $149, shipping within the USA is free.
  • Express shipping is available upon request (contact us at info@picturehangingsystems.com) and will be billed at the applicable published Fedex rate for an originating zip of 01605.
  • Shipping outside the United States is available. Contact us for a shipping quote.


Returns

  • ● For orders under $149 (product cost - not including shipping charge)
  • Orders less than $149 are covered by our unconditional 7 day return policy. Simply contact us within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, toll-free at 1- 888-312-6971 or via email at info@picturehangingsystems.com to arrange for return.
  • Returned product must be in useable condition for a refund to be issued.
  • Original (outgoing) shipping charges will be re-imbursed. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be re-imbursed.

  • ● For orders over $149 (product cost - not including shipping charge)
  • Orders over $149 can be returned strictly at our discretion. If there is any doubt on the suitability of our products for a particular application we recommend a small (less than $149), risk free initial purchase.
  • Any authorized return over $149 can be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
  • Product must be in usable condition to receive credit.
  • Shipping charges are not re-imbursed.


Damaged or Defective Goods

  • Customers are expected to inspect all packages and report damages within 7 days of receipt!
  • Damaged goods should NOT be discarded until we have been informed. If damage is extensive we reserve the right to file claim with the carrier who may retrieve the damaged goods for inspection.
  • We will issue a full refund or replace at no charge all damaged product reported within the specified period.
  • Defective product is replaced free of charge. However, we reserve the right to inspect defective product before replacing.


Payment

  • Online orders are processed on a Secure Web Site (SSL).
  • Orders are charged at the time the order is placed.
  • We do NOT accept COD orders.
  • Orders pre-paid by personal check will ship when funds clear, this may take 7-10 working days.


Samples

  • Due to the large number of requests we do not provide free samples.
